Your first heat pump service is due one year after installation, to maintain peak efficiency and keep your manufacturer warranty valid. After that, annual servicing keeps your system protected and running at its best.

Heat pump servicing costs £216 per year, or from £18.99 per month with a flexible payment plan. This includes a full annual service from an MCS-certified engineer, helping protect your manufacturer warranty and keep your system running efficiently.

Only an MCS-certified engineer, trained and qualified in air source heat pump servicing, should carry out the work. Any task involving the refrigerant circuit also legally requires F-Gas certification. Choosing a certified professional protects your manufacturer warranty and ensures the job is done safely and correctly.
