What's the cost of Air Source Heat Pump Servicing?
- Annual Service Charge: £216.00 (inclusive of VAT).
- Monthly Service Charge: £18.99 (12 Months).
PHS offers a single planned service visit over a 12-month period, beginning from the installation date or within one month of the installation date.

What exactly does the heat pump service cover?
- Cleaning the outdoor unit to remove debris for optimal performance*.
- Inspecting outdoor trunking and pipework for any issues.
- Verifying glycol levels and topping up if necessary* (Annual services requiring more than 2 litres of glycol will incur an additional charge of £12.00 per additional litre).
- Thoroughly cleaning filters*.
- Eliminating trapped air from the system to maintain efficiency.
- Monitoring and adjusting system pressure as required.
- Evaluating flow rates and adjusting, as necessary.
- Testing the functionality of the immersion heater.

Payment Terms:
- Payment must be made via bank transfer the day before your scheduled service (unless you are enrolled in the monthly service payment plan, as detailed below).
PHS Agrees to:
- Maintain the equipment in efficient operating condition. PHS shall not be liable for any loss, including consequential loss, arising from equipment malfunction, failure, or any other cause.
- Charge the customer for repairs or service resulting from misuse, negligence, or service required outside normal working hours, in accordance with our current service charges and conditions.
The Customer Agrees to:

- Provide access during normal working hours to authorised representatives of PHS for service and maintenance purposes.
- Accept liability for equipment damages resulting from customer negligence or the negligence of authorised personnel.
- Promptly settle invoices upon receipt for works completed. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of service until outstanding amounts are settled.
- Maintain comprehensive insurance for the equipment, covering all risks, including acts of God, power surges, lightning, and maintain such insurance for the contract's duration.
Variation:
- This contract represents the entire agreement between both parties. No variations, waivers, releases, or cancellations shall be valid unless reduced to writing and signed by both parties.
